What the browser demo includes
The creator page describes an opening 30–40 minutes of forest building. Its demo updates add saving/loading, helpers, three plant types, fruit upgrades, mixing plants, cosmetics and a storybook ending. Mouse movement arrived in v0.5.3; v0.5.4 makes Sprinting a purchase from The Water. This site’s guides and starting-price database refer to that browser build.
What belongs to the full game
The Steam description introduces further mechanics including merging, a D20 and additional resources such as rot, gasoline and blood. These are full-game features, not promises that this demo’s shops will eventually reveal them. Do not spend hours looking for a full-game-only system based on a guide that never identifies its version.
Old names and save boundaries
Worm Egg became Insight in v0.5.0, and Eraser replaced the temporarily removed Bomb. These changes explain why early videos look different. Browser-local progress on an independently hosted copy is not an automatic transfer to itch or Steam. Use the original creator and Steam links to obtain the full game; this site is an independent guide and does not claim to be the developer.
